#1 Student Information Form

The student information form is used by the Briargrove PTO for several purposes. It is used to issue a carpool number for your child. All students, whether they will walk, ride the bus or arrive in carpool need a carpool number. It will also be used by the PTO for mass communication of emergency information, school updates and surveys. Lastly, it will be used to compile a PTO published school directory. If you would like to be included in the school directory, please indicate before submitting the form. You will need to complete a separate form for each child. We're looking forward to a great year. Curriculum Enhancement - PLEASE READ

Curriculum Enhancement is the new PTO-sponsored program dedicated to enhancing your student's Briargrove Elementary experience. We coordinate two different types of weekly programs: after school fee-for-service activities and morning volunteer-driven club activities.
